mightymightybosstones asks: what's the true meaning behind "rascal king"?
Dickie (MMB): Its about a former mayor of Boston. James Micahael Curley. Irish Catholic, crooked, but decent man. He at one time was the mayor, and at the same time was in jail. The video is about a Frank Sinatra movie called Meet Danny Wilson, and has very little to do with the song.
Snooplizyliz asks: Mighty Mighty Bosstones: what was your reaction to having such a huge selling record after all these years?
Dickie (MMB): Didn't care. Fine with me. I love all the albums equally.
Jayson_Saumer asks: Mighty Mighty Bosstones, what was the weirdest thing that ever happened at one of your concerts?
Dickie (MMB): One time, we were in Germany, we were playing a huge auditorium with a band called Die Toten Hosen. Somebody came flying out of the rafters, and we thought it was a stage diver, but it was actually a lighting guy. He didn't get hurt, and he crowd-surfed to the front , and sang the second chorus of "I'll drink to that" in German.
Imsoalone asks: What was your favorite toy growing up?
Dickie (MMB): A hoop and a stick. You gotta remember I'm very old.

Plaid_chick asks: mmBosstones--Are you guys going to be on the Warped Tour for 1998?
