  • On July 12 some shit happened on the warped tour:[taken from warpedworld.com]

There was a slight incident with white supremacists that occurred during the Mighty Mighty Bosstones set. A couple of guys were giving Dicky the finger and spitting at him. He decided to invite them onstage for an "open forum", and when they didn't initially accept the invitation, he started to incite them by calling them ignorant. They finally got on the stage, apparently wanting to beat the crap out of Dicky. One of the guys gave a "heil" sign and started spewing some gibberish, before they were escorted off stage. Dicky then told the audience, "now you know what they look like."

Mike Ness later commented on the situation during the Social Distortion set. He said that he had heard that there was some racism going on, that he respected people's right to expression, and that he had a few words for those racists ... "Fuck You."
